DEAR MEMBER KINDLY GUIDE;
ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEE HAS QUIT THE JOB. WE WANT HIM TO RETURN TO US ALL THE CERTIFICATES ISSUED TO HIM DURING INHOUSE TRAINING PROVIDED TO HIM. MY QUERY IS THAT WHETHER WE CAN LEGALY RECOVER THE CERTIFICATES FROM HIM. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO CONTRACT BETWEEN THE EMPLOYEE AND THE COMPANY.

Dear Client,.
Even if there is no express contract, there maybe an implied contract between you and the employee unless he is a casual worker. If hew has wrongfully quit your services AND demands REOVERy of THE CERTIFICATES HE HAS RECEIVED from you ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR TRAINING PROVIDED TO HIM DURING THE COURSE OF HIS SERVICE HE HAS NO RIGHT TO CLAIM THOSE CERTIFICATES ISSUE TO HIM BUY YOU. You CAN RETAIN THOSE CERTIFICATES against his wish. But you are bound to return his academic certificates.
