At present I am working in private and can not study as a regular law student. But, I intend to pursue Law course from an open university and become an advocate? Later, i came to know that students with law degree from open university are not eligible for enrolment?
Now, I want to know whether I can study LLB (3 years Course) from Annamalai university and become full-time advocate later?

Correspondence course is not valid for enrolling as an advocate.
There are several other short routes being followed by some document writers at Tamil Nadu, like studying at Tirupathi, Cuddapah or Bangalore Colleges which are very very flexible to grant you a Law degree.

better would be u enroll as a regular student.
the short cuts may not provide u with necessary understanding or basic understanding of law....its not merely a matter of obtaining degree...
another aspect, if someone objects to ur enrollment midway or at the completion of degree then ur degree can be invalidated.
