To,
Respected Sir/madam,
I Mohsin. S, Riyawala was working in The Memon Co-op Bank Ltd, Multi-state bank (under Liquidation) during the tenure of 1997 to 2009, The above mentioned bank is under liquidation from 2009 & R.B.I has appointed a liquidator.
I have filed RTI to my above mentioned employer details of which are mentioned below of this application. The liquidator of The Memon Co-Op Bank Ltd. Multi-state bank (under Liquidation) didn't provide me any information states you have not submitted the application through public Authority.
The Memon Co-Op Bank Ltd. Multi-state bank (under Liquidation)Cannot be said to be public authority as defined under Sec 2(h) of RTI act., hence it is not liable to provide any Information under RTI ACT.
I humbly request you in the same regards, I need your assistance & advice which can help me fetch the forementioned information from The Memon Co-Op Bank Ltd. Multi-state bank (under Liquidation). & also kindly suggest where we apply for this Information.
