Help for drafting for pvt cmplnt

Good Morning Sir,
Please help me with a draft petition of private complaint under section 200 CR.P.C to Magistrate for lodging compliant.
And full details of the Incident are mentioned below :
Last two month back my brother had orally warned the one known boy ( aged 17 – 18 yrs ) not play cricket near my house since it may be injured to small children’s but that person did not cared my brother and he had beat with cricket bat on the back side of the neck of my brother and the escaped from the spot and my brother fallen down with unconscious and we taken him to one private corporate hospital and CT and MRI scan revealed that C2 spinal vertebrate had fractured with right side leg and hand paralysis and doctors said immediately there is a need of surgery and at that time there was no money in our hand .So, next day the father and relatives of that known boy came to hospital and given Rs.1,75,000/- in cash as an compensation by taking mutual compromisation that in future there will be no other compensation to my brother so in that needy and pressure full situation made us to accept that compromisation on Rs.50/- non – Judicial bond paper and myself and father & mother also signed the paper and we received only Rs.1,50,000/- in cash at spot and they said remaining balance amount will be given afterwards but sir hospital expenditure went up to 5 lakhs and hear the wonder is that after the incident occurred we have given police complaint over telephone on that boy but till now our local police did not not taken any action on that boy. So, sir now my brother had discharged from hospital and we brought to my house but my brother’s right side leg and hand is not in function to walk I,e he is not walk able. So, in this condition still my brother need somemore compensation or if they not given that how we can approach and beside this our local police not taken proper action on that boy as per the severity of Injury or attempt and simply they had filed the FIR u/s 324 and we thought the police will keep IPC 307 and now that boy and parents are behaving like anything as if nobody can do anything for their crime. So in this condition we want to give private complaint to Majestrate in court about this issue to add the section IPC 307 on that boy and take necessary action on him as per the severity of injury caused to my brother. So, what is the procedure for this . So, please kindly give your valuable advice on this. Thanking you.
