Creamy layer status of obc

R/sir,
I am working as a Associate Professor in a senior college. Our post status was undefined. ( i.e. as Class I Class II etc.) therefore for creamy layer status Category VI applies to me, i.e. Income /Wealth test. But for State and Central Govt. employees get the benefit of Non-creamy layer status, although they draw a salary more than us. But for the purpose of non creamy layer status their Salary Income not counted. But at the same time our salary income was counted. How it is?

Though none can be discriminated before law but if the implementation of law is not enforced by someone at one place, no other person can claim equity with the violator.

You can try only for the implementation of legal provisions at that place also.
