Galaxy s4 cover complaint no. 8456285140

Dear All,
I am in big trouble Please suggest me some way.
I purchase handset of samsung company galaxy s4. At the time of buying handset there was promotional offer going on galaxy s4 cover with the handset. On purchasing of handset on 19 June 2013. I registered it on the same day and got reference no. regarding gift status but till the time i have not received it. Various follow up has been taken from company but no satisfactory answer got from company.

Have you noticed your last email you people are just fooling customer. Not providing any email address in revert mail and not checking attachment on where i am writing on your portal. find the attachment on portal or provide me email address for revert.

I purchased the samsung brand handset with Trust that company is very good in providing service but everything has been dash in to the fire. I have never ever seen so inefficient organization in my life who is holding very good market share and spending too much on manpower which is holding zero value in resolving issue. If u people are so inefficient in resolving your complaint management then you can recruit me for your complaint management dept then you can clearly feel the difference how much time is required to resolve one simple complaint. Please tell me what is your turn around time for resolving the complaint? asked by my lawyer. I am going to sue company in consumer court with compensation of 2,00,000 rs for harassment if the same not received till 26 august 2013. This is my last mail to your company after that we will meet in court.




Under this complaint full details of complaint in email communication is mentioned below

Dear Team,

I have purchased galaxy s4 mobile from Ludhiana on 19-june-2013 and at the time of purchasing of new handset there was promo going on under which on purchasing of new handset purchaser will get new galaxy s4 view cover with mobile which would be delivered to customer by courier or post within 15 days. But till date ( 63 days) i have not received by cover by company for which i had marked so many email and phone calls to company but no positive response from company. Two times i had made ceo complaint for which i have received email from ceo office under point no. 1
Under point 1 i got revert email from company then i contacted company on 11 august regarding s4 view cover on toll free no. 18002668282 and got my compliant no. 8456285140 after that i have followed on 14 aug 2013 an 20 aug 2013 and 21 august 2013 Response given by each executive you will get call from concerned dept within 24 hours but never ever got call.

Please look into the matter as company is harassing me too much

Dear Team,

I have purchased mobile set galaxy s 4 on 19 june 2013.
It is biggest harassment i have ever felt in my life. The service from
your end is tooooooooooo poor.. No one is ready to help in getting
status of my s view cover whether its your dealer, sales
representative of samsung or no reply of mail from below id after 13
days. No one is picking phone on 18001021727 and other number 0124
4947864 got in auto reply mail where it was mentioned our team will
contact you within 3 working days. Now its 40 days and i have not got
my gift as committed by your sales rep of 15 days. Now i am not able
to wait more. Either return my money back and get your handset or
deliver my cover with in week.
