Is my wife get maintenance if she is not able to prove allegations made against me and my family? she has also filed 498 case against me and my family.

If the plaintiff failure to proof the cruelty against her, the ld court may be passed order in favour of Husband.

Maintenance and cruelty are two different issues and these should not be intermingled. The judgment cited above has no relevance with the query.

If wife is unable to maintain herself, husband shall have to pay her maintenance irrespective of her filing the cases against him.
