My wife had filed DV case on me & my family in June 2013, i m planning to file RCR (will ask my wife to come and stay)
How much will it work?
What precautions need to take before filing RCR....

RCR IS TOTALLY USELESS AND INEFFECTIVE. forget it
Just defend DV
U can apply mediation/ councilling and ready to live together as H-W, in DV case itself.. so matter can be settled.

Tried Mediation / Councilling at personal level through Relatives & friends, but she is not interested to come and stay, just for mental harrasment have filed the case with false Alligations.

Mediation / Councilling at Court level will be in Court record, and will tarnish her image, if she refuse to live with u.e is not interested to come and stay. It will be considered in court, and will favour you.

So must apply for settlement. calling her back

RCR wont be effective as you cant force your wife to stay with you even if you obtain favourable court orders . at most if she fails to return you can file for divorce
