Hi
I possess 5000 square yards of agriculture land in UP, with a proper mutation. I bought this land 5 years ago, now i have got a buyer and he is ready to give 50% of land price, which is 10 lac to me on agreement as cash and write 60 days time for registry to take place and then only he will give me rest of 10 lac.
So, kindly let me know the format of Agreement to sell.

Make a sale agreement to this effect and then proceed, consult a local lawyer who will be able to help you with the procedures and drafting.
