5 months have gone and nothing has happened wifes father is overconfident and is laughing in mediation with lawyers.

how and where to file evidence I have witnesses and letters and chatting etc and mediation is going on.

These dowry cases no on is with you,,..judges police mediation in-charge lawyers every on needs money in UP

You cannot produce and should not produce the evidences in your possession in the mediation session. You wait for the mediation to fail, the case to revert to the regular court, there you can challenge her cases, do not lose patience and hopes.
