Mistake of professionals

Dear sir,
I found almost all the CA professionals doing mistake in calculating depreciation as per Companies ct 2013. In May or June I had forwarded the correct way to Board Of Studies and to Editors for publishing in ICAI students News Journal of July month. But no one has considered it. Recently I have forwarded that to selected people including MCA and IT Department. URL link for depreciation explanation is https://goo.gl/4ZjkHg . What are the consequences, I can expect ?

That all depends upon the editor if he thinks the article worth publishing. You can't have any right to get that published s per your choice or version.

Definitely, Its their choice to publish or not. When I had sent it Board Of Studies too. Atleast one must respond and say either it is wrong or correct. Such reponse gives me a kind of satisfaction.

You can't compel that they must reply if not found worth publishing. Better review your article if nothing is incriminating in that.

Dear Dhingra sir,
In the issue I have proposed, they depended on a formula. But such formula was based on certain assumptions which was not considered by anyone. I have demonstrated that with example and also by demonstration, I have proven correct method to overcome without any assumptions in a method other than formula they are following. I have questioned in facebook. I have enquired qualified professionals having more than 20 years experience in teaching. Everyone was responding to me in allother issues but not this one.

Mr. Kishore,
If you are so sure that the method or formula is defective, better report to the Management committee of the ICAI Headquarter along with your convincing points with examples for review of the formula, rather than using student service or to get your article published in the journal.
You may also send your views to all the regional councils of ICAI for giving thought over your views and to express their views.
Still further, if you want to go legally, you may file a PIL in the competent court of law to get the formula scapped legally through your convincing pleadings.
