Met with an accident in factory

Dear All,

I am working in a Factory. Last month I have met with an accident in factory. Hit by the forklift. By which my right leg is seriously damaged, Rod hav been installed in my leg.

Can any one suggest me the amount of compensation under the labour laws for which I am eligible to receive from my employer.

The company should provide treatment cost , paid leave.............and good offices of Chairman can provide momentary compensation.

Has the specialist doctor provided % of disability?

Explore compensation under Employee Compensation Act.

It shall be better to consult an able labor Law consultant.

You are eligible to get compensation under Employees' Compensation Act based on the per centage of disability.
