In our case there is was not taken statement of trapping officer for taken of sanctions of trapped .what is value of statements of trapping officer and what is consequence in absence of this ? Any case

Under prevention of corruption act , Sanction of Prosecution is required from appropriate administrative authority (Officer who can suspend that person corrupt officer) , without this sanction , no action can be taken against that officer .
Generally files are pending at this stage long time because all are corrupt and some pressure come from some where to got slow.
Some time sanction for prosceution is denied for stupid reason too.

Now sanction for laying trap , that is you give money , money is marked digits are written down , powder is placed on notes this take a day.
But who gives permission to lay the trap is honestly not clear to me , rather it can be in internal functioning of anti - corruption bureau and mostly it is in charge of that ACB zone (Here zone indicates 3-4 District )

Once sanction for prosecution is granted , then all evidence of everyone are required to be placed in Hon. Court in same fashion the way they are placed in any other criminal proceedings .
Now which evidence they have collected which not , Details can not be discussed here , Rather evidence matter I discourage to even discuss in public forum.
