As far as the contents of the partnership deed is concerned there would be no difference. But if the partnership deed is not registered then the partners cannot sue any third party. However, the third party can sue the partnership firm. This is the major difference and a big disadvantage to the unregistered partnership firm. (There are other differences also, but this difference is suffice for now.)
