Whether private Banks like HDFC, ICICI etc are covered under RTI. If so under what provisions and Who is the appellate Authority for appeal prevails.

The Banks can not provide you account holders deposits,balance and dealings with Banks.

Though secrecy of a customer is not compromised which is mandated by the Regulatory authorities Banks are bound to disclose even information which are not detrimental to the interest of its customers
