fraud sale of agreement on my ec

hi,

there is a fraud sale of agreement being done on my plot by the people who calim to be the persons who sold land to us(which is false).

please give suggestions as to what legal options i have to make my stand stronger and also the fraud names removed from my ec.

Initiate criminal case for commission of fraud, cheating and forgery against them. Lodge a complaint to the local police immediately and if they fail to take any action then file petition u/s 156(3) crpc before the Magistrate.

immidiatly go to the registrar of ur area,move the application with photo idendity and restrain the exucation of deed.If registrar office is non cooperative just get reciept of ur application.no officer will help in this type of froud as he will be suspended at once with aware of the facts.
