If memo of parties are not allowed what needs to be filed?

I have filed the SLP before supreme Court (now its vacation)in the Registry and I have attached memo of parties as the complete address of the parties are not mentioned in the Impugned judgment passed by the High Court
Self check list prescribed by the Supreme Court as under:
"Whether the addresses of the parties and their representation are
complete and set out properly and whether detailed cause title has
been mentioned in the impugned judgment and if not, whether the
memo of parties has been filed, if required?"
In order to comply the instructions, I attached the memo of parties, but the Registry advised that Memo of party are not to be filed so I changed the complete format and removed the defect
The defect counter has made the objection that addresses of the respondents are not there in the main copy and paper book and hand it over to me
Now its vacation time, Experts could you please advise me what needs to be attached if the Registry don't allow to insert the memo of parties and the impugned judgment doesn't have the complete addresses of the parties?

make a request with the office of Registrar.

After the reopening you can make the necessary correction with the permission of the Registrar.

You can file a petition along with the details required and request the court to accept them.

Apparise to the Registrar office and request to make the necessary correctiopns in the memo.
