What is the justification of views given by experts at this site?
Law must be like a mathematical table and there must be 2X2=4,and there can be only one aspect/view to a particular case, then why experts place contrary views to each others.
It results in confusion of the querist and nothing culminates as fruitful to an aggrieved person.
I have placed so many queries and got a lot of contrary views by experts for same query and the purpose remains unsolved.
Even the right views are opposed by other members without any reasoning.
I am going to start to read law books again.Thats far better.

The contradictory view on the issues, by the experts, will always be there. This is applicable to the courts also.
For example the lower courts release the accused, the appellate court takes a different view on the same facts and reverses the order of the lower court.
Be a good learner when you are hearing the advise of the seniors.

the mathematical calculation can not be basis of advancing justice. the facts, circumstance and reasons of each case differs from others.

Mere reading law books may not be the solution for the experience you suffered at this site. Lawyers express divergent views depending upon their expertise, knowledge, reasoning and of course their way of interpreting the laws.
To mitigate your legal problems, you need to just go through the views expressed by experts and apply your mind in the light of which experts gives proper advise as judged by you. Or just question the expert personally the justification of contrary view expressed by him.
I have also seen many views by experts which are without logic or reason and posted for the sake of 'mere reacting'.

The madam wants all the orders in her favor irrespective of pleadings, evidence so no body can help. Appeal or no appeal.

Only by virtue of a few exceptions like Nandkumar B. Sawant ji, the world is going on and we have faith in humanity still now.
For kind information of Shasikumar ji till now no evidence has been produced by respondents in my case and nothing is on record and pleadings were waived off by high court already.
