Well Mr Shroff you are doing nice job but through you I have some suggestions.

1) Experts who just post reply whether relevant or not just to come on marks list , pl note the example of MR SAWANT who without care of numbers just posted few articles and was honored by the ADM.

2) This is an all India site and one of the best among all so if valued inputs are there you can get all India attention.

3) For monetary benefit who labor to get uptodate citations and give relevant advice which is actually help full in court rooms ,please support the idea of third section which should be only paid advice.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 09 February 2012
Yes that is why I never reply giving citation except providing a hint.
Deepak Nair (Expert) 09 February 2012
Dear Shroff Sir,

Your action is really apreciable.

I too am against the queries in SMS language. We shall not reply to such queries.

I partially agree with Mr.JSDN, because the idea of another section for paid service does not seem to be helpful in any case. It is to be noted that the people visit this site for acquiring knowledge on legal issues and the site offers free advise through experts. Further, the experts have voluntarily came forward to help those in need.

I don't find anything wrong in sharing the judgments/authorities as I feel this is a site for sharing and acquiring knowledge.
ajay sethi (Expert) 09 February 2012
mr shroff

no harm in giving citations . it is advisable always to give judgments in support of your opinion .

we do receive number of queries from members by sms . it is upto a member if he desires to reply to those queries or not .
prabhakar singh (Expert) 09 February 2012
I have no suggestion personally.Neither I propose a rule nor do any demand yet ready to go with majority but I am against people who make rule and break them by their own practice.
It is not that I do not follow SMS language, yet it teases me here.
V R SHROFF (Querist) 09 February 2012
It seems, very few experts are interested in "SMS Language" issue.

Mr Sethi says " we do receive number of queries from members by sms . it is upto a member if he desires to reply to those queries or not."

Mr, Deepak says "I too am against the queries in SMS language. We shall not reply to such queries."

Shri Prabhakarji says "but I am against people who make rule and break them by their own practice."

We have to consider as far as SMS Language is concerned" whether the communication is complete?? whether we understand what he mean ?"Whether it harm any of us in any way whatsoever??

All , including me, will abide by code, once accepted. We accepted it as one of the points, and we can refuse to reply such query till we finally decide on it.

But our decision should be that of prudent man, and also acceptable in principle.

Those who objects must clearly say "No" to SMS Language.

Those who are neutral must clearly say "NIL" to SMS Language.

Those who are ready to reply must clearly say "YES" to SMS Language.

& Let us send the opinion within 3 days to decide the majority opinion, to form a rule, or keep it aside.
PL REPLY FAST- & CLEAR. NO or NIL or YES for sms language.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 09 February 2012
sms language query should be avoided at all costs.

shroff Sir,

He may be a first timer, but we can ask him to post query in a proper language as we did for anonymouw queries, like:-

"No answer for queries in SMS language - post your query in proper language"

This Answer suggested by Shri Deepak Nair may please be replied by all experts now onward for SMS Language.
V R SHROFF (Querist) 10 February 2012
"No answer for queries in SMS language - post your query in proper language"

This Answer suggested by Shri Deepak Nair may please be replied by all experts now onward for SMS Language.
Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 10 February 2012
I too agree on "NO" to SMS language queries.

For this, it would be better that Admin impose such restrictions via "note" during posting query by the author.

V R SHROFF (Querist) 10 February 2012
Let us reply as above.

After few days will ask LCI as Mr. Shah suggested.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 10 February 2012
What is ruled then is still not clear to me???
V R SHROFF (Querist) 11 February 2012
Shri Prabhakarji

Thank you SIR!

BUT what about those who addressed US as "HI"or "HEY"??

This is also in those 19 points.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 11 February 2012
Personally I do not like to be addressed as"HI""HEY""GUYS"etc.at least from questioners.
