Will Married daughter have equal rights if father willed the property, Bank balance, PPF account to his son?
I am from Mumbai hindu family and my father had got some property , Bank Balance, PPF account in his name and my mother name and he had shared and whole of the property , Bank Balance , PPF account , Jewellery which he had made is written in his sons name. can i make a claim,. the will is registered. .my father has one son and three daughter(me). Moreover Son is staying in USA , I look after my parents and we brother and sister are Twins and just see the difference
can i get some advice from professionals., How should i approach to my parents and get things reverted in equal ratio to all.

Self acquired property can not be claimed. It depends only on the will of Father. It can be changed only by him.

You can claim his money left in his account or PPF. However you can claim your share from from the prperty left by your mother and in any other property which your father did acquire through inheritance.
Now if that Will contain such proprties where you have your share then you can challenge the Will at the time of its Probate or you can file a suit for partition as well.

If the property is self acquired by father, then daughter will not get as to the Will executed by father.
In case of ancestral, daughter will get her share in ancestral property alone.
In any case daughter cannot claim share in PF and bank balance of father
