Construct apartment on BMC land

Dear All,

Greetings for the day.

I come to know that my part of the house is in BMC land. Please suggest me what steps I need to take to avoid any action from the BMC\any other authority.

Case of illegal construction cannot be solved unless the land is legally mutated in your name by the BMC and the layout plan of the existing house is also approved by the corporation.
