Hello,
I have got one software project from overseas market. I have given this project to one India based company. The billing is per month for this project. The duration of this project would be 1 year. The Indian company agrees to pay me 5% /month/invoice. It is not fixed payment to me every month. my commission would be depending on the invoice amount.
So I need the agreement (contract) draft for such type of association between me(my firm)and the Indian company.
