dear expers i am facing 498a + d.v. for mainternance with totally false allegations made by wife i have some questions on proceedings started by both the courts-
1- can i ask/pray court to explain the statements made by wife on oath taken into considerations which are totally false for which i have to file criminal case against wife and her parents as per 340 crpc. as court after giving all documented evidences of husband and his family members living separately has ignored while granting interim relief to wife further the major contradictions of wife statements given on oath which either statement proves another is false itself.
2- argument will attract any contempt of court on the above issue?
3- can i pray to court to call for witness houseowner as husband and wife were living in rented house?

1.If you have strong proof to contradict the same then challenge the interim order before the higher court.
2.No
3.Yes but only during trial and not at the time of hearing of interim petition.
