Harassment by neighbor & false report

Dear experts
I am a resident of DDA Flats in Dwarka. We are south Indians who are residing in the DDA Flat for last six years.
One of our neighbor adjoining our flat last year is creating a havoc for us. He has dispute with us rearding Car parking, as he would not let us park the same. He want to gormandise the entire space for himslef.
Now last weak only he falsely filed a complaint in DDA/MCD & RWA alleging the durability of house statting that our house has developed a crack & pose threat in general. The compliant is supposed to contain the name & signature of other neighbors which on our investigation was found to be false. We have got the signatures from our neighbors stating that complaint is false & is based on forges signatures.
Please suggest a couse of action as we feel we have no other alternative but to action against the said miscreant.

you can make file a criminal complaint against him for defamation and cheating, false signature, in ipc sections177, 415,420,

Yes you can take action against your neighbor , file a complaint in the police as well as to your society management. if he further harasses you then you can file civil suit against him.
