Pls HELP : Regarding Full and Final Sattlement

Sir,
I joined the company on 27 jan 10 and Company has asked me the resignation on 12 nov.10 and told me that its a management decesion without given any proper reason and also told me that they will clear my full and final sattlement within week but till date they not paid me a single amount. Now they are are penalise on me. Frm Nov'10 i was regularly following up for the FnF but couldnt get any respose . Pls suggest wht to do.

Many thanks for ur prompt response.
I Was working there as Asst. Business Manager but frm later june10 onwards they have given me the responsibilty of project cordinator b'coz company is TSP of indus and BIL in telecommunication industry.
They have not given my TA/DA frm june'10 to Nov'10 + Nov'10 month salary + june medical bill . Prior they told me that all formalties are complete regarding clearance frm seniors but b'coz of shortage of fund disbursement fnf will not possible , i have to for sometime. But now they are having the issue. Pls help ... Suggest the way to recover my dues. I am really thankful for your kind consideration.

From the details of nature of job, I am of the view that you are outside the definition of the Workman as defined in Industrial Disputes Act. Thus you have remedy on ly in civil court, where you can file your claims in money recovery suit.

You can file a complaint before the Asst Commissioner of labour under ID Act.

Aside i would like to know that my designation was Asst. Manager - Business , is it cover under the definition of workman or not under ID Act. If not what is the alternate ..........
