What is consider proof of cruelty and dowry harrasment in 498a. Witness can be made by both party. So how does court decide on such case.

Witness from a particular party does not mean that they will conceal the truth, After all they are cross examined to extract the truth.

what happen in four wall cannot be proven. Witness from one side would lie,
if in case in there is deadlock, what happen in that case.

Depends on how any one party effectively proves his/her case before the judge through examination, ctoss-examination of witnesses, or documentary evidence.

Evidence comes from two ends,One from the side of relatives of bride viz.her mother, father, sisters, close friends etc. Second from the ends of husband's relatives and neighbours.Independent witnesses statements carry paramount importance if there is no history of previous enmity
