Sir,
Can a hearing of CMA posted for the day be postponed on the grounds that the petittoner is an dialysis patient.

It depends, whether the Court gets satisfied with the reason or not and also about the need for the presence of the petitioner, or for instructions from the petitioner to the Counsel set.
In any case, can you please tell why do you feel that the matter should not be postponed even in the circumstances stated by you? So that let me understand your view point also.

Not on the plea that the petitioner is a dialysis patient, but with the due medical certificate of the specialist, if the dialysis is due on that particuar date, as it is a life and death question of the patient with the fear of kidney failure.
