SERVICE TENDERS

(Querist) 20 May 2011 This query is : Resolved
Please advise :- What does re-tendering mean? Does re-tendering nullify the previous tender actions? Is it that in re-tendering the price mentioned in initial tender cannot be altered.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 20 May 2011
The moment re-tendering has been ordered, the entire old tendering process comes to an end.
Every one has to do things afresh with regard to the re-tender, as though this is the only tender ever issued for the work (completely forget everything about the old tender).
