Getting bail against 420 IPC section

(Querist) 08 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
Sir,

I'd like to know the possibilities of getting bail against section IPC 420, accused 1 is been produced in court and sent to Judicial Custody, We are proposing to move the bail petition after 3 days.

Can you please advise the possibilities of granting bail ?

What grounds should be able to impose to get it granted ?

Health record will be of any use ?? as the Accused one is Heart Patient undergone by pass surgery and Diabetic as well and his age is above 50 years and below 60 years.

When and how we can get the bail ?

Please advise.

Thanks,
Mamta

Granting bail is the satisfication of the concern court's only. No any grammatical techniques for getting bail. You have to convince the court, by promising that producing worthful suretys, never tamper the witness or investigations, will not abscond, etc..
