Respected all,
I was working in a Finance company & left the same in 2003.
In 2004, some clients filed criminal case against company, its directors & employees for non-payments u/s 420, 406, 467, 120B. (Now case is state vs accused)
After 9 years, in May, 2013, Honorable ACMM Court framed the charges on all the accused u/s 420 r/w 120B.
As already stated, I was mere an employee and left the job almost one year before the FIR, further, this fact was clearly mentioned and accepted by I.O. in the bail order.
Kindly suggest, can I appeal against the framing of charges, if yes, where, under which section and what’s the time limit.
Please let me know, the chances in appeal in this type of cases. If possible please provide any case matter if available…

You can file revision against the order framing charges but better to go through the material brought on file and only then decide otherwise it may prove a futile excercise.
