Hi to my expert lawyers friends..
i am owner of a small business.i am being fraud by one of my employee.he was working in my company from last 7 years now he left my business and start his own new same business and he have contacts of all my customers now he's doing direct dealing with them.could you please suggest me some solution for that.how can i stop him to dealing with my customers and if i cant then please advice me some steps which i should take to avoid it in futur....
