transfer of mutation

if A gave her land on 20 year lease to B. B is a registered company. B got mutation in his name of the said land. After few years B merge into another company C. C also a registered company. Now C wants to get mutation in his favor. Can any suggest me the procedure of transfer the mutation B to C.

A and C should make a joint application to the concerned authorities to take mutation in favour of C on the basis of merger.
