WHILE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FORMER TWO IS MORE OR LESS OF NOMENCLATURE ,BY THE THIRD ONE WE GIVE UP SOME THING WE HAVE.
J K Agrawal (Expert) 19 June 2011
Partition deed is between co sharers of property. It declares individual title of a person in particular property and excludes him from property not falling in his share. It is a Title deed.

Family sattlement is not a title deed, it does not provide an authentic partition of property but it declares that what is the intention of family members and untill final partition how the family will treat each other about use of property and it may consist that which one intend to own which part of property. It is document of intention of family members. It does give any right to any body but in long term if it is followed it provides right to estoppel.

Release deed means one who is co owner of a property by law declares that he/she do not want to own his/her part and relinquish his/her part in favor of other remaining co owners.
