sir
iam a sc candidate,
one fellow scolded me a lot 'with name of caste' , in his office in front of 2 members of his workers, they wont tell against his boss, so no witnes for me, i am a sc candidate, how to file a complaint under sc sc act? where i have to give my complaint ? can i get immediate reciept or copy from police station ? is there any chance to file directly in the court ? no witness for me sir what to do sir? how and which type of witness i have to produce in court ?

Dear,
If the circumstantial evidences are sufficiant,you can file your complaint .You can file your complaint to the concern police station .If they do not entertain,you can give in written to the higher official .
If nobody take any cognizance,you can complain to the court concern u/s156(3) cr.p,c. Keep all the proof of giving the complaints with you i.e. wherever you give your complaint,send a registered post too and keep the recipt with you with the copy of the same .
Although the states and central sc/st commisons can also takes cognizance on your complaint .So send them too .
