Hi,

A( owner )had given a GPA to B for buying a property, Now A & B both have lost the GPA copies they are not sure whether it is a registered document or notorised.My question is can i buy this property from A?

what happened parent document ? then if they have parent document then public the news paper that missing the GPA and any one found return us or otherwise it will expired the gpa.

A PROPERTY CAN BE BOUGHT FROM OWNER THERE OF,HENCE IF A IS OWNER,TRACE HIS TITLE,GET SATISFIED BY AS' OWNERSHIP AND THEN ONLY BUY/
