Father a Hindu died intestate. His dauther on marriage converted herself to be a Muslim. Will she be entitled to inherit the property of her father. Wether Hindu succession act would apply to her?

YOU HAVE TO MENTION WHEN DID YOUR FATHER DIED AND WHEN HIS DAUGHTER CONCERTED TO ISLAM AND WHEN DID SHE MARRIED.

She coverted to Islam at the time of her marriage while the father was alive.

There is no impact of conversion of daughter and properties of such Hindu shal be divided as per provisions of HSA.
