Sir

My grandfather purchased vacant plot and properly registered in registration departments.

At the time of registration T.S.No they mentioned in parental document they same T.S.No mentioned in the sequent documents

Now my grandfather died my mother is only legal heir .she want to give settlements the same plot.

Now I cheeked the PATTA the T.S.No is changed in the patta copy .But R.S no and plot. no is the same .

The document writer says n the that it very difficult register because of different T.S.NO in sale deed and patta copy

My grand father was also died couple of year back

very simple aforesaid T.S. no. which Patta mentioned or equally, you ask RTI, then continue further proceedings

You should obtain copies of all revenue record since the purchase till date pertaining to mentioned record and trace out in which document and when the mistake had occurred. On coming to know real facts, get it challenge and seek its correction from revenue authority or revenue court or from civil court, as to be decided at that time.
