My wife has three sisters and one brother.Youngest sister is unmarried.My wife's parents lived in Bihar and died inestate in 1983 leaving behind :
Agricultural land in Bihar
Plot of land in Patna
House in Muzaffarpur(Bihar)
Village house in Bihar
My wife's brother has sold agricultural land and plot in Patna without any sisters consent.
What is right of my wife's on the sale proceeds?
What is right of my wife's over the entire property of her parents now.

Under Hindu Succession Act daughters are heirs with sons.
Agricultural lands are regulated by state law,where in many state succession is different and many follow hindu succession Act.so actual position would be clear only by a lawyer from Bihar.
In all other properties which are Abadi by use and nature and not agree cultural,your wife does have equal right of inheritance with all brothers and sisters.
