Your husband cannot seek divorce without your knowledge especially if your marriage had taken place in India but definitely he can misuse the affidavit or your signature of blank papers for this purpose abroad. So in the given case, you should immediately file a police complaint against your husband in this respect. You should specifically plead that you have fear that those papers may be used against you. Even if your complaint is lodged in police daily diary instead of FIR even then obtain its certified copy in your record so that the same may be used in future, if any need arises so.
