Dear Friends and Sir,

One of my frd doing jewllary exibution business and he filled return but the probllam is he not give the Income tax Return File and we have no paper ............... what i do for this situation????????????????????????

Those papers if filed originally with Income Tax department then its copy can be obtained therefrom.

I think you may estimate your sale and file return in ITR Form No. 4 claiming deemed income under section 44AF for the assessment year 2010-11 and file return in form no. 4s claiming deemed income under section 4s for the assessment year 2011-2012.
