Formation of law firm

I want to commence a "Law firm" along with two of my colleagues. How can I do it? whats the procedure/

You can set up either a partnership firm or an LLP.
It is like any firms as mentioned above. Only exception is only the advocates are enetitiled to be partners here.

you should know about LLP and partnership firm.

I suggest you to form LLP.
