Hi,

can we utlise the excemption rate (under EPCG) from the date of application, (if application rejected whether company should pay penalty 15% + BCD, CVD, AD + cess)

whether company need to issue BG even
company importing materialfor last 3 year,
will full duty payment (more then 1 crs)

Whether this scheme can be used in domestic capital purchase whether VAT, CST & duty will be 'Nil'
