Dear Experts ,here one case has been pending in high court .in this case pititionors are with drawn the case. ONE WPMP was pending on the same case WHICH was filed by me . the respondents and pititionors together with drawn the case with mutual undurstanding, can it is possible? here my connected case WPMP is pending .Kindly advise me can it is possible? URGENT SIR .LAND MATTER .nd how to deal the cse by my self on my WPMP. URGENT SIR

Any pending case c an be withdrawn by the person who filed such case with or without liberty to sue afresh on the same cause of action.

Similarly any pending case can be mutually settled wherein the terms and conditions of the settlement can be filed in pursuance of which the case may be withdrawn .

So you can do what you wish.

It seems that you want to run your case and do not wish to withdraw as per terms of compromise.

You cannot be forced to abide by those terms but be beware if any term of compromise comes in your way in future or not.

Your lawyer dealing your case at High Court is the best person to decide it whether it is in your interest to continue or withdraw it as he has brief of your case.
