Committed mistake while sending legal notice.

(Querist) 07 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
Two months back I have sent a legal notice to A and B (A is the son and “B’ is his father). Actually “B” is not the surety of A. Due to mistake I was not mentioned the original name of the surety, in the place of B, while giving the legal notice. Any how both of them have received my legal notice, but did not give any reply.
Now I found the said mistake. So what I have to do.

Issue fresh legal notice properly without mistakes and also mention in it the previous legal notice of such date is withdrawn due to clerical errors.
