No your brothers can not claim thier share in it if your father has willfully and without any force executed this gift in your favour.

onece gift deed has been made and duly registered you are the absolute owner of the house . your brother cannot claim any share

Your brothers, or anyone, has no right in your gifted property, as duly regd.

your brothers have no legal right to claim on property since it is self acquired by your father and transferred to you by registered gift deed.
