Opposite party absent after filing ia for potency test

(Querist) 20 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
wife made impotency allegation in annulment petition, and husband filed IA for his potency test. Then wife is absent but her advocate is present on last three dates. Will her absence lead to exparte order in IA? I just want to know whether the court allow me for potency test if she remains absent in the following dates also?

yes, potency test will conduct future, same time IA not expartee.

She was absent but her advocate was present on all hearing dates since I filed application for my potency test. so, how will her case be dismissed on presence of her advocate?
Both were present on all dates until I filed application for my potency test during evidence stage. Since then three dates passed and only her advocate was present. Judge is giving next date without saying anything..So, what should I do? What will happen to my IA for medical checkup?
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 02 July 2018
I agree with Experts.
