My mother owned the house that she, my dad, my wife and I used to stay. She decided that we should move to a new society where we will buy two flats.
My dad and mom bought 1 and I chose to buy a shop instead of a flat and for the time being I will move into a rented accommodation.
This was 2 months ago. Due to a recent argument between her and me (a domestic issue) she has said that she will not give me my share that she promised.
Dad does not have a very dominating position and can not help us.

There is ambiguity as to who purchased the new flat, if it is acquired by mother then you have no claim, if acquired by the father it is the same until he decides to share it in the future..

If it is her self acquired property then you don't have any share.

No alternative, except to pacify your mother and satisfy her on the issue on which she felt annoyed with you.
