My friend and his girl friend wants to do marriage through court marriage girl parents agaisnt the mariage what is the procedure for court marriage in mumbai

There wont be any court marriages. You both will have to file an application before the registrar of marriages. You will get the detailed procedure there.

Geet married in a temple before a Pandit. Get sertificate from him. Then approach the BMC office of your ward for registration.

Nowadays, marriages are regiatered in concerned municipality.
