Dear
A govt. office issued a wrong RTI reply to a person. However same has been revised by the concerned department within 4 days(5th day of RTI application). But the person filed civil suit against me in lower court and High Court (Writt) using un-revised RTI reply. He filed suits with name of other persons also based on same RTI. I am in fear that he may use same RTI further to harass me.
Can I request to any Judicial/Constitution Body to dismiss the suits based on that RTI. The revised RTI is right interpretation without any doubt.
I get a huge loss of monetary and mentally. I am in fear that the same persons may hurt me physically too some of higher corrupt govt. officers also involve in it.

you can always draw attention of the court to revised TRI reply . in your written staement you can mention RTi reply has been revised and place it on record
your lawer will do the needful . dont panic

Thanks for Reply.
I am doing same. But I have 3 trials pending on same matter. I am getting monetary and timly loss on it. In normal a civil suit take years to decide. Till than everybody call me a culprit.
Plz suggest me any remedy available by filing copy of revised RTI to........dismiss all suits pending on based on same RTI

contact your lawyer . have you filed revised RTi reply in your written statement ?
you have stated you have 3 trials pending . is it in respect of same issue?
you have to be patient ,. judicial process takes time .

Yes sir, I filed revised RTI. I have 3 suit pending based on same RTI. Plaintiff in all are differ. We also filed that that all suits are directed by same plaintiff. Court deny any stay order, which is in favour. But final decision not yet......
