WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF DIVORCE. HOW MUCH TIME REMAIN FOR DIVORCE.

Procedure is by way of filing a suit for divorce which generally requires expertise of an advocate.

There is no prediction of time limit. It could be anything between 2-10 year.

Petition be filed in appropriate court for divorce that may take a months to 20 years,
